Property Manager responsibilities include managing the overall day-to-day operations of the site, including the supervision of office and maintenance functions in compliance with all company policies and procedures and all applicable Federal, State and local laws and housing programs, including but not limited to Equal Employment Opportunity, Fair Housing and Human Rights statutes. T
he Property Manager is also responsible for the following: Supervising accounts payable/receivables; Supervising all marketing, leasing and administrative functions; Hiring, training and evaluating office/maintenance staff; Supervising specific site program administration; Tenant/landlord relations; Supervising day-to-day maintenance operations; Financial analysis and reporting; Special projects as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision
• Extremely well organized, detail-oriented, and efficient
• Committed, reliable, and punctual
• Ability to adapt and work efficiently in a dynamic environment
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to multi-task with little direction
•Strong supervisory skills with the ability to teach, train, coach and lead staff to success
•Ability to recruit and motivate people, instill accountability, and achieve results
•Exceptional customer service skills and/or prior experience serving customers
The position requires a positive, hard worker who is willing to learn and enjoys working with people.
